（1091—?）眉州眉山人，字仲滋。苏迟子。事亲孝，仅十余岁，侍祖辙于颍昌九年，未尝去侧。以祖荫官陕州仪曹，历太府监丞、将作监丞。请祠归，卒年七十余。以文学见知于晁说之、洪炎等人。有《栾城遗言》、《双溪集》。
