陈辅，字辅之，号南郭子，人称南郭先生，丹阳（今属江苏）人。少负俊才，不事科举。工诗，尝与王安石唱和，苏轼、沈括等亦与之游。有《南郭集》四十卷，已佚；又有《陈辅之诗话》一卷，残。事见《京口耆旧传》卷三。今录诗十七首。
