龚准（？～一二七九），字深文，高邮（今属江苏）人。曾知长洲县。理宗淳祐十年（一二五○）知泰州（《宋史》卷四六《度宗纪》）。景定二年（一二六一）知江阴军（明嘉靖《江阴县志》卷一○）。累官司农卿。宋亡，士大夫居班行者随例北上，准行至莘县不食而卒。清嘉庆《高邮州志》卷一○有传。
