黄宗旦，北宋文学家、政治家，字叔才，北宋开宝六年（973年）生，宋仁宗天圣八年（1030年）十一月卒。福建省惠安县镇安铺黄田（今张坂镇后边村）人。少有神童之称。欧阳修称宗旦为“闽中文士”。宋真宗咸平元年（998年），榜眼进士，与同县同榜探花进士李庆孙齐名。人言：国朝才子黄宗旦，天下文章李庆孙。
