（1063—1138）宋常州宜兴人，字梦锡。蒋之奇子。哲宗元祐三年进士。调寿州司户参军。父帅熙河，奏为书写机宜文字。累迁光禄卿。徽宗擢为大司乐，当国执政者数欲罗致，毅然不与之合。以徽猷阁待制知兴仁府，平息兵变。奉祠数年后，隐居无锡西山之麓。为人庄重清修，文采典雅，尤长于诗。有《梁溪集》。
