张瑞玑（1872～1928），字衡玉，号（左羊右患）窟野人，山西赵城人。光绪二十九年（1903）进士。曾任陕西韩城、兴平、临潼、长安等县知县，有政声。辛亥革命前加入同盟会。共和建立，历任山西省军政府财政司司长、山西省民政长、陕西省军政府顾问，民国国会参议员、总统府顾问。身后有《张瑞玑诗文集》出版。
