方茂夫，初名茂科，字仲贤。南海人。献夫兄。明武宗正德八年（一五一三年）举人。时献夫为相国，茂夫仍隐居不仕，徜徉山水。著有《狎鸥亭集》。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷一九有传。
