（1469—1538）明南京人，先世本浙江鄞县人，以被征入太医院居南京，字宗鲁，后改鲁南，号石亭。陈钢子。正德十二年进士。授编修，进侍讲。以不附张璁出为江西参议，历山东参政，又为张璁所中，改行太仆卿致仕。少好东坡，中岁乃宗盛唐，为文出入《史》、《汉》，工画及隶篆，亦能作曲。与顾璘、王韦称金陵三绝，又益以朱应登称四家，并有“弘治十才子”之誉。著作甚富，有《金陵古今图考》、《畜德录》、《金陵世纪》等。
