陈廷策（一五七三 — 一六三四），字颖夫，一字觐墀。海阳（今潮州）人。衍虞父。弱冠有文名。为诸生三十馀年。明思宗崇祯五年（一六三二），督学曾化龙以学富行优拔置明经。晚年修造西湖山老君岩，建文昌祠，讲明心性之学。清康熙二十三年入祀府学乡贤。有《世馨堂诗集》、《旸山诗文集》。清康熙《潮州府志》卷九上、清道光《广东通志》卷二九四有传。
