蔡启僔(1619—1683)，字硕公，号昆旸，明末清初浙江湖州府德清县人。幼年去京，随任吏部侍郎、东阁大学士的父亲读书。清康熙九年(1670)进士，并钦点为状元。充任日讲官。十一年，为顺天（今北京）乡试主考官，号称知人。后历任右春坊、右赞善、翰林院检讨。因病卸职归乡。
