官居真蘧庐，束担聊托宿。

（1053—1135）南剑州将乐人，字中立，号龟山。神宗熙宁九年进士。调官不赴。先后师事程颢、程颐，杜门不仕十年。历知浏阳、余杭、萧山，改荆州教授。金人攻汴京，坚论严为守备，除右谏议大夫；又反对割三镇以乞和，兼国子监祭酒。指斥蔡京蠹国害民，力辟王安石之学。高宗立，除工部侍郎。以龙图阁直学士致仕，专事著述讲学。卒谥文靖。与游酢、吕大临、谢良佐号为程门四先生，又与罗从彦、李侗等同列南剑三先生。其学术后被奉为程氏正宗。有《二程粹言》、《龟山先生语录》、《龟山集》。
